DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, NADÉY is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
We are unable to refund lost parcels or parcels that could not be delivered due to missed deliveries.
If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at info@nadey.nl and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
